Really, this is beach living. This unfurnished apartment is literally, about 300 steps to the sand and the bike path. A two minute walk to the Belmont Pool and Pier. The restaurants La Palapa, Chucks Coffee Shop and Yankee Doodle are a stones throw away. The shops and dining of 2nd Street are about a 7 minute walk from your front door. Jump on the Red Line or the bike path and you are in Downtown, the Pike, Shoreline Village, or Pine Street within minutes.
